Abstract: The volatile state of healthcare organizations associated with the COVID - 19
pandemic enforces management decisions in line with unprecedented economic and social
conditions As a consequence of the crisis, there is often a lack of coordination, a degree of
disintegration and demotivation in the team. This predetermines the inclusion of modern
techniques for training human resources and the creation of conditions for the development of
all health professionals in the field of continuous self-improvement.
The purpose of the report is to reveal new trends in the methods of training staff in the
health organization, which contribute to building stability, even in times of crisis. The subject
of the research is to establish the important role of education as a development factor of
human capital in health organizations.
