STRUCTURE OF THE COMMON INFECTIOUS DISEASE IN DOBRICH DISTRICT IN THE CONDITIONS OF KOVID19 PANDEMIC, Daniel Monov, Daniela Ivanova and Miglena Kolarova

ABSTRACT:Introduction. For Infectious diseases are the leading cause of death in the world.The peculiarities of the epidemic process in the conditions of return of old and emergence of new diseases requires not only knowledge of its main characteristics, but also its follow-up in the conditions of a certain territory currently and in an epidemic situation by types of diseases. Aims and objectives. To study the structure of the general infectious morbidity conditions of the Соvid19 pondemic. in the district of Dobrich Materials. Registration, reports, analyzes of RHI, MH, NCIPD, studies, access to public information. Methods. Epidemiological analysis, documentary, statistical methods, graphic Results. The main epidemiological indicators are considered by groups of infections for a long period (1995-2020), as the impact of immunoprophylaxis in airborne infections is a slow process, and intestinal, transmissible and germinal infections are an indicator of state policy for protection of public health in the field of immunization and general preventive measures. For 2020 in Dobrich district a total of 3876 airborne infections have been registered, morbidity 2256% ooo, against 840, morbidity 483.22% ooo for 2019 Relative share of all OZB acute infectious diseases in intestinal infections 2.73%, transmissible - 0.1%. there are no roofs. Conclusions. In the structure of STIs (including STIs and parasitosis) airborne infections occupy 96.15% in 2020 against 63.88% in 2019. Morbidity 2256% ooo The increased morbidity in 2020 is at the expense of COVD - 19 (3531 cases, morbidity 2055.19%). The level of the incidence of tuberculosis is preserved (16.88%), it is reduced in chickenpox (174.03%), scarlet fever (6.98%) and pertussis is 1 case in 2020. Intestinal enterocolitidis (54.71% ooo) and transmissible infections morbidity (2.33% ooo) are reduced, there is no coverage.
