ORGANIZATION OF THE STATE HEALTH CONTROL RELATED TO THE EPIDEMIC SITUATION AND THE SPREAD OF COVID - 19 AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL, Daniel Marchev Monov and Danielа Ivanova

ABSTRACT: Introduction For two years, the world's coronavirus pandemic has been leading to panic, hysteria and mass psychosis. In today's time of globalization, the transmission of viruses from one end of the world to the other is absolutely possible and easy . Aim and tasks To study the organization of the state health by analyzing the activities performed by the Regional Health Inspectorate in case of epidemic spread of COVID-19 in Dobrich district. Materials Reports, access to public information, communications, regulations, orders of the Ministry of Health and RHI, information from the single information portal. Methods Epidemiological analysis, statistical, graphical Results In 2020 RHI Dobrich works on organizing and effectively implementing the state health policy in the district, reducing morbidity and mortality from infectious diseases (including COVID-19) by improving and enhancing the effectiveness of epidemiological surveillance, prevention and control of infectious diseases according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health. As of 31.12.2020 a total of 3531 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the area have been registered. The relative share of COVID-19 diseases in relation to all STDs is 87.6%, and in relation to all airborne infections it is 91.1%. The highest incidence is in the municipality of Dobrich 2709.14% ooo; Balchik1976,% ooo; Kavarna 2428.48% ooo, Dobrichka 950.56% ooo, and the lowest Krushari368.71% ooo; Conclusions The organization of the state health control at the regional level in Dobrich district covers the requirements of the state health policy in the pandemic year 2020. Timely and good organization of the control of the anti-epidemic activity in the medical, social, children's, municipal structures has been established, as well as the interaction with the Ministry of Interior, the Prosecutor's Office and others
